We stopped face-to-face chess in March, however members organised a series of online tournaments and inter-club matches on the free site chess.com. Once the golf course opened, that was wound down and it is left to individual players to arrange games.

There is nothing like face-to-face play, and we are looking to resume in our excellent premises at the Glencorse Centre, Auchendinny at the first opportunity. This would normally run from the start of September and the Centre is making strenuous efforts to make the premises safe - we would like to thank everyone there for their support.

Meanwhile we are making preparations for the AGM, to be held online on Tuesday 18th August at 7.30pm.
